It aims to develop practical cooking skills, alongside a deep understanding of the principles of nutrition, food science, and safety.

Food Technology encourages students to explore the impact of food choices on personal well-being and the environment. The curriculum opens up engaging discussions, such as ‘How do cultural influences shape our eating habits?’ and ‘What role does sustainability play in food production?
